Mediation Training for Professionals 2025 Courses

Course Outline

MEDIATION is a process of conflict resolution that facilitates the communication between people and helps those in conflict understand the other person’s point of view. Our intensive mediation courses are for professionals who wish to learn the skills required for creative conflict resolution i.e. to develop knowledge and techniques of mediation which will be useful in your present job. Mediation is a very useful skill to possess, as it is a crucial part of conflict management. Managers, human resource officers, coaches — many professions can benefit from developing such skills. The course also allows a deeper understanding of how conflict occurs and how the language we use can affect others. The course has an excellent theoretical component but also provides hands-on work with a substantial number of practical tips included. Those completing the course will be able to mediate in a range of situations including; Family, Parent/Adolescent, Workplace, Neighbourhood disputes and many other common disputes people find themselves in. Option 2: Group Online Learning

Complete an intensive group face to face course in order to learn basic mediation skills online. The remaining two days needed in order to accredit you for national accreditation is completed online at a time to suit your needs.

Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday November 10th, 11th & 12th
(additional days by negotiation)

Total cost including your first two years accreditation for full course is $2875
– you can however complete the first three days of basic training and if you wish the final two days for national accreditation within 24 months

Total cost for the basic first 3 days of mediation training is $1650 followed by a further fee if you choose to train for national accreditation
