Practitioner using conflictsolvers as your Complaint Handling Body you authorize conflictsolvers
to notify the Attorney-General’s Department if substantiated complaint is made against you. We
will advise you by the last know contact method before any notification to the Attorney-General’s
Department is made.

Payment: NMAS Members – The total fee for your 2-year is $195 including GST and
the fees payable to AMDRAS (Australian Mediator and Dispute Resolution
Accreditation Standards) on your behalf.
FDRP Member (Complaint handling) – The total fee for your 2-year renewal is $245 including
GST.
If you require both an FDRP complaints handling body and also as a nationally accredited
mediator body the fee for both is $275. Please note you will need to complete this form as an
FDRP and a separate form for renewal/application as a nationally accredited mediator
